Why we work with creatives
Before starting Symspace Design, owner & lead designer Joy Dayton worked in the commercials interior design space with architects, designers & engineers.
Her focus was creating brand centered environmental spaces. She worked with marketing teams and executive leadership to blend cooperate branding into new and existing buildings, spaces & property developments. Being involved in the building and creative interior design industry is an important focus and she has established her NCIDQ and is licensed and registered in the state of Iowa.
Her focus shifted in 2017 to serving the design and creative building industry by starting Sympace Design. The name is rooted in the symbiotic relationship building that she creates with a community focused approach to helping each other grow. Since her background is in the interior design industry she has a deep understanding of what her client needs and pain points are when it comes to custom website design, branding, and marketing. Her process is highly customizable in unique to each individual. With her background in the creative industry Symspace Design has had the pleasure of working with Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, Developers, Realtors, and other creative business owners.
